The Hotel Levante Park (also known as Levante Park La Luna Annex) is perfectly located. It is not possible to be better placed for Cala Bona's shops, bars and restaurants as they all lie within a couple of minute's walk away as is Cala Bona's beach. Just saunter accross the the road and you're there.

In addition to it's spendid location aside, the Hotel Levante Park has cetrainly got plenty going for it. One of it's major plus points is the curvacious swimming pool which is set on a big sun terrace with a scattering of sun-loungers and umbrellas. The swimming pool area offers excellent views out towards the sea. Throw in a liberal sprinkling of palm trees and yucca plants to provide some greenery and a little shade and you've got the excellent place to unwind.

The Levante Park caters for more active holidaymakers, too. There's a fully-equipped gym, plus a tennis court. At the other end of the scale, there's a sauna and a glass-roofed indoor pool. This hotel is focused very firmly focused on couples as the target clientele. There are loads of organised daytime activities here such as guided walks and wine-tasting.

There's lots of entertainment organised for the evenings, as well with cabarets, comedy and live singers all featured on the bill. Then there is also a glitzy gala dinner once a week. On the subject of dining, it's worth pointing out that visitors staying in the La Luna annexe of the Levante Park eat at the sister property, the Levante Hotel.

Factor in bright bedrooms with satellite TVs, air-conditioning and minibars and you've got it made. With all the features offered by this hotel it is little wonder that many holidaymakers come back here time and time again.

A holiday at Hotel Levante Park in Cala Bona offers a relaxing base with plenty of traditional Majorcan charm. Cala Bona is a relatively quiet family resort, ideal for families and couples but the younger set dont have to miss out on the party scene which is centred in the nearby larger and livelier sister resort of Cala Millor, which is within around 15 minutes walking distance and is also accessible via a short taxi ride or seafront mini-tram service.

The holiday destination of Cala Bona and its close neighbour Cala Millor are situated on the east coast of the island of Majorca. The two resorts are just a 5 minute taxi ride or 20 minutes walk if you prefer the exercise.

Most places in Majorca are dominated by either English or German visitors. Cala Bona itself is definitely a British favourite while Cala Millor is a little different as a mixed destination in that both British and German tourists flock to in force. Cala Bona is without doubt the quieter of the two towns making it ideal for young families. In Cala Bona the majority of the entertainment is set in local hotels. Staying at Hotel Levante Park in Cala Bona is probably not for tourists looking to party every night away but Cala Millor offers a more active night life and as of course is only a 5 minute taxi trip or a 20 minute walk away.

Cala Bona has developed from a small Balearic fishing village into a bustling tourist resort on Majorca's quieter east coast. The original village of Cala Bona is visible as the resort still features a number of the original narrow streets. The harbour is the focal point of the resort of Cala Bona. The harbour has been redeveloped recently and now features a range of al fresco cafes, watering holes and restaurants. A number of tourist excursions from Cala Bona can be booked by the harbour.

If you select a holiday based at Hotel Levante Park in Cala Bona there are plenty of options. Cala Bona features a number of smallish sandy beaches enclosed between man made breakwaters forming calm, sheltered waters ideal for swimming and paddling in relative safety. Over recent years the lagoons seem to have formed a trap for seaweed to accumulate both in the water and on the beach. The local council have been actively managing this problem by removing the seaweed to avoid a build up. Cala Bona's beaches are now generally in fine fettle because of the maintenance program.

So a holiday in Cala Bona at Hotel Levante Park certainly offers all the ideal ingredients for a magical Majorcan holiday, stunning beaches, superb restaurants and stunning scenery. Cala Bona has a newly reformed harbour and pedestrianised zone as its focal point. If you decide to holiday at Hotel Levante Park you can chill out in one of the many restaurants and cafes that surround this traditional heart of the resort. The beaches of Cala Bona and Cala Milor offer plenty of space to lounge, along with loads of watersports like sailing and windsurfing.
